We have been pretty busy these days. Kevin works a lot. I work a lot. We just work a lot, which hasn't left us a whole lot of time to work on the house. When I leave for work in the morning its dark out and when I get home from work in the evening its dark out, its horrible. We are hoping to get a lot done this weekend. I want to get this house finished up asap! One because I'm tired of living in an unfinished house and two because I want to start hosting get togethers and oil classes. When we bought this house I thought having a big yard would be awesome turns out cleaning up dog poop in the big yard in the cold really sucks. It takes a minimum of 30-45 minutes to find it all, not exactly how I want to spen the better part of an hour of my day. Stan and Silas love the yard they have planty of room to sniff and chase and do dog things. Remember when I said we have cable yeah that lasted about 24 hours before we canceled. The plan the sold us and the plan they gave us turned out to not be the same so we canceled and to top it off the guy who came and installed it got mud on the carpet. I was very upset about the mud so Kevin and I went out and did married people things and bought me a carpet cleaner! My carpets are now clean again and I now remember why I hate carpets.

We're back!

We finally have internet in our house!! On Saturday Kevin decided to order internet so we can stop paying data overage charges on our phones because we were paying ,ore in over use charges than what internet would cost. On Sunday they sent out a guy to install the cable and internet. We actually weren't going to get cable, we are completely fine with just internet and watching things on netflix and hulu but it was cheaper to get both rather than just get internet. The house is coming along very slowly. We have two rooms completely painted, our bedroom and the back living room. With our work schedules it is really hard to find time to work on the house. Our main priorities were the bedroom and the backyard and those have been completed. Getting the fence put in so the dogs could go out was the most important thing and now that Kevin doesn't have to spend all of his time outside putting up the fence we can start finishing things inside. I am praying that the house will be finished by the end of February because if it takes any longer than that I may go insane. I can not stand mess and clutter. I absolutely hate that every time I need something we have to dig through boxes, like when without thinking I signed up to bring brownies to the work carry-in and it took me longer to find the dishes needed to make them than it did to actually bake the stupid brownies.
